Products and Made-to-Order Items
Many Bailey Luxury Creations products are made to order using 3D-printing technology. Because of the manufacturing process, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product dimensions listed on our website are approximate. Customers should review the product description, dimensions, colors, materials, and other product information before placing an order.
Production and Processing
Made-to-order products require production time before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the item, order size, customization, and current order volume.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required when an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bailey Luxury Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Decorative Products and Safety
Bailey Luxury Creations products are primarily intended for decorative use unless otherwise stated in the individual product description. Products intended for LED candles must be used with LED candles only — no real flame.
Intellectual Property
Bailey Luxury Creations LLC branding, photographs, website content, product descriptions, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable rights belong to third-party designers or licensors.
