All Bailey Luxury Creations products are made to order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are accepted only if requested before production has begun.
Cancellations
Once production has begun, an order cannot be canceled due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully, including the product, size, color, personalization, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect color or size selected by the customer, or other buyer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Bailey Luxury Creations within 7 calendar days of delivery.Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.
Claims submitted after the 7-calendar-day reporting period may not be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund.
If the claim is approved, Bailey Luxury Creations will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions, as applicable.
Approved Returns
Do not send an item back without prior return authorization from Bailey Luxury Creations.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, when reasonably possible, and must be received by Bailey Luxury Creations within 14 calendar days of return approval. If the approved return is not received within 14 calendar days, the return authorization will expire and the return window will close.
Personalized & Custom Products
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are final sale once production begins, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and a timely claim is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected when a return is required.
Once Bailey Luxury Creations issues a refund, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If an approved return is required because an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Bailey Luxury Creations, Bailey Luxury Creations will be responsible for the approved return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, and unauthorized return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information and for reviewing all product selections, including size, color, quantity, and personalization, before placing an order.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
